The "Book and Buy" voucher is available for purchase and use within the specified period.
The voucher is valid from the date of purchase until 30 days thereafter.
Prior reservation is mandatory and must be made at least 1 day before the desired treatment, either via phone call or email.
Redemption Process
To redeem the voucher, guests must initiate the process by sending an email to

[email protected], indicating their preferred treatment schedule, contact details, and any specific requests. Upon reservation, guests are required to present a copy of the voucher along with a government-issued ID for verification purposes.
Transfer and Refund Policy
The voucher is transferable to another individual but is strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
In the event of transferring the reservation to another person, the guest must provide a Letter of Authority along with a copy of the government-issued identification card.
Re-Booking and Tax Inclusions
The voucher is re-bookable within the valid period but remains non-refundable.
