Cancellations of reservations may be made without penalty at least 2 days before arrival, otherwise coupon is forfeited. In case of a no-show, coupon will also be forfeited.
*Voucher is not allowed to be used if bookings fall on identified Super Peak, Closed Out Dates, and selected weekends from Thursday to Saturday
