1. All gift vouchers are valid until December 31, 2021.

2. Requests for extension of validity will not be entertained.

3. Gift vouchers are not convertible to cash.

4. Lost or tampered gift vouchers will not be replaced.

5. Guest must present the gift voucher upon redemption of offer.

6. Gift voucher is not valid on public and special holidays, and any other promotional events designated by the hotel.

7. Blackout periods apply and redemptions are subject to availability.

8. Certificates will only be valid for the specific hotel as indicated in the voucher and may not be transferred to another participating hotel.

9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen or Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Persons, whichever is higher.
